4. Payment and Fees

5. Intellectual Property

6. Confidentiality

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Fast Track Premium & 7 Day VA service. The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the Fast Track Premium & 7 Day VA service with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. Upon termination, the client shall pay any outstanding fees for services rendered.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.

10. Changes to Terms

The MMTR LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Fast Track Premium & 7 Day VA service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
