7 Day VA

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of the 7 Day VA services provided by MMTR LLC. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

The 7 Day VA service a service that will guide them on how to find and manage their Virtual Assistants. The details of the service, including any specific inclusions or exclusions, will be outlined in the agreement between the client and the Company.

3. Client Obligations

Clients using 7 Day VA service agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the successful execution of the service. The MMTR LLC is not responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Payment and Fees
Payment details, including fees and payment schedules, will be outlined in the agreement between the client and the Company. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of the 7 Day VA service.

5. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property developed or provided as part of the 7 Day VA service shall remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the 7 Day VA service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the 7 Day VA service. The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the 7 Day VA service with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. Upon termination, the client shall pay any outstanding fees for services rendered.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.

10. Changes to Terms

The MMTR LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the 7 Day VA service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
